1. Go to Adobe.com, make an account and download Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Edition trial version.

2. Go to the start menu. Click on the picture on the upper right hand corner of the start menu. Or, go to the control panel. Switch it to classic view, then go to User Accounts.

3. Click on "Turn User Account Control On or Off". Next uncheck the box and press ok. After you do this you will need to restart your computer.
